As a director of development at Comedy Central, I started an animated digital shorts program called Saturday Morning(ish) Cartoons.

A case study in animation:

One of the hardest parts of developing animation at scale is the time it takes to actually MAKE something. Comedy Central needed animated content and it needed it quickly. So my colleague and I had a big dumb idea - give us a budget and we’ll bring you animated shorts that you can be used as everything from on air bumpers to proofs of concept for full series. Millions of impressions and a few development deals later, the program was considered a huge success.
